To Get the Life that You Want
1. Be Gentle with Self Talk
Practice positive self-talk. Don't say things to yourself that you wouldn't say to someone else. Be gentle with yourself. Build your self-esteem as you talk to yourself.
2. Be your own Coach
Encourage yourself. Find mantras to say to yourself that get you motivated to take healthy action to LIVE throughout your day! Generate, for yourself, the type of day that you want to have. Set your intention energy for the day!
3. Respect and Honor who you are Embrace that all parts of who you are -- even if you don't like them. When you embrace those parts, you then can change them. Honoring and finding the gifts in your past help you move forward.
4. Notice your Feelings & Release them
Pay attention to your feelings. Honor them and then make a point to make peace with them and release them.
5. Trust your Instincts
Get quiet. Listen to your intuition. Listen to God. Tap into your Higher Self. Turn off your brain. Often your brain tricks you into listening to everything that is fed to you in the outside world. So instead, tap into your heart and tap into your soul.
6. Speak your Truth & Honor it
Don't say or do anything to please anyone else. Keep that throat chakra open and flowing. Honor your words and act by what you say.
7. Don’t Speak Badly About Others
Gossip Leaks Energy. If you project bad thoughts, opinions, etc onto others, you literally create more of that behavior within them in your world. That is a mind-blowing energy concept that maybe I'll tackle later. Not only is it bad vibes to say bad things about people, but by focusing on what you don't like about them, you literally bring in more of what you don't like!!!
8. Be Your Own Best Friend
Treat yourself with self care. Eat well. Do good things for your body. Get good sleep. Exercise. Listen to yourself. Work towards understanding yourself. Be there for yourself. Don't shove your fears, feelings, etc under the rug.
9. Honor the Miracle that You Are
Love every little bit of who you are. Have gratitude for you eyes, lips, legs, hair, and everything that makes up your body. You are a miracle!!! You are a scientific miracle!

10. Explore Shadow work
So many parts of us are swept under the rug and ignored but if we look at them and heal the, we set ourselves free. If we look at our shadow, we can use it to transform parts of ourselves.
11, Forgive yourself & Others
Forgive yourself from past "mistakes". Look at the gift in the situation and what you learned. You now KNOW better so you can do better, but you did not have that knowledge before. Forgiving others means that you are releasing yourself of the pain. God will take care of them. That is not your job. You job is to forgive and release.
12, Release Resentment
When we hold onto resentment, it colors everything we see in our lives. We literally look at situations and people around us with resentment glasses. If anything comes up that is similar to past hurts, our past hurt comes up again while also intensifying current situations. It is a double, triple, and quadruple whammy. We literally keep creating more of it until we HEAL it. So if we look at our past pain, if we become aware of our past resentments, and if heal what is truly at the root of that pain (the pain normally goes back to childhood), then we can actually look at our current lives with a CLEAR VIEW versus a view that is based on past trauma.
13. Take Accountability
Take accountability that YOU created this situations in your life so that you can LEARN and GROW. If you blame everyone for everything in your life, then you really aren't learning and growing at all. If everything about your life has an outward focus, then where are you going? Nowhere. If you look inward and take accountability for creating the experiences in life, you then you can also tap into the fact that you have the capabilities of changing them. This is a deeper concept that moves into energy work, which I may write about later.
The whole point of committing to yourself is getting to know who you are and tapping into knowing what you need to do for yourself and your soul's purpose. If you are committing to things outside of yourself then you are not tapped into what your soul is here to do.
The list could really go on and on with examples around committing to yourself, energy, energy work, and energetic reflections.
With Clients, we have sessions where I tap into their blocks, and we work to shift them so that they can begin creating the life that they want. It really all begins with them committing to themselves :)
