Cara Emilia provides spiritual, educational, and supportive services intended for personal growth and wellbeing and does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions. She provides insight towards client's healing.

Client understands that results are not guaranteed and accepts full responsibility for their own decisions, interpretations, and actions arising from participation in sessions. By engaging in services, client voluntarily assumes responsibility for their participation and agrees to hold the practitioner harmless from liability except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges that they are purchasing a package of services of their choosing. In the event that I, as the provider, withdraw or am unable to fulfill the agreed-upon sessions for any reason, the client will receive a refund for any unused portion of the package. All client information and communication are kept strictly confidential in accordance with ethical and professional standards.

All purchases are final. Once the package has begun, clients may not cancel or request a refund for any remaining sessions unless the provider is unable to continue offering services.

Rescheduling Policy:
Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice. Missed appointments or sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be considered used and deducted from the package.

Sessions: Each session is approximately 1 hour in length. Most sessions are often once per week, but, if needed I can be flexible. Occassionally I intuit that a client may need 2 sessions per week or 1 session every 2 weeks.
