Many Ways to Heal

There are many ways to heal because as humans there seem to be many things to learn. Do we heal and grow faster and more gently by looking at the details of where we are blocked or why we are hurt or feel we are lacking? Or, do we heal and grow faster by looking at the bigger picture of vibration, energy, and love and our purpose here on earth? Well that isn’t a simple answer because we have to look at both. Growth and enlightenment is not an easy process. Releasing wounds can take days, months, or many long years. Everyone’s journey is different.

Creating an attitude of acceptance of ourselves versus expectation is a great place to start. Let whatever flows into your life be accepted with unconditional love and gratitude. Embrace the challenges as ways to grow and learn. Every time we are triggered we have an opportunity to stare our trigger in the face, explore why we are triggered, and make ourselves better.

The more we create a space of love, gratitude, and acceptance around what triggers us, the more change the energy around the situation. Often we are able to lift out of this darkness with the light that we have inside of us. The energy shifts through awareness and love alone, and then the situation changes.

The more we love, respect, and accept ourselves and where we are along our journey, the more we create freedom and unlimited possibilities for ourselves.

Creating an intimate relationship of love with ourselves creates wholeness from within. When feeling whole, we are not concerned about self-acceptance because we already have it; instead, we are able to focus on self-awareness. When we connect with ourselves we are given a bridge to connect to our higher self and the divine. The more we are present with ourselves, the more we are able to connect with our higher self, third eye and crown chakra, seeing what blocks need to be released and having the confidence to do so. With this, we begin to heal.

Choose to embrace the path of self-discovery. Be open and honest communication with yourself. Release the control and manipulation of how you think you should do things, how you think things should be, or how you think the past should have been. Free yourself from the “shoulds” of your mind.

When we release ourselves from how we should feel and we are honest about our own vulnerabilities, we set the stage for stepping into the true nature of our soul. When we embrace our true feelings, vulnerabilities, and fears, telling ourselves that how we feel is okay, that is when we begin to heal.

Looking at our shadow side and wounds takes courage. But the more we step into this process with courage, the more we uncover who we are at the truest, most deep, and most raw parts of ourselves, and the more we tap into the authentic nature of our soul. When you’re authentic, even if it feels uncomfortable — you grow into your true self. You ignite all your inner power and your solar plexus radiates at 100%.

The more we open our hearts and let down our defenses, the more we will attract higher vibrational people with open hearts into our lives. When we guard ourselves and have a rigid ego, we may seem strong from an external perspective but we actually create obstacles to intimacy, growth and real inner strength. When our hearts are closed, we attract others whose hearts are closed.

So, if we rest in our vulnerabilities, if we push through those fears, and if we embrace each part of the journey, while being aware of ourselves, triggers, and emotions, we become stronger. This strengthens the solar plexus and that is necessary for healing from abuse, codependency, and other unhealthy relationship situations.

If we commit to this spiritual process of soul growth while resting into that fact that everything up until this point has been divinely perfect, if we feel through the pain, if we recognize the old programming, and if we are honest with ourselves, we are now in an AMAZING place to release everything that needs to be released. We are able to let go and step into why we are here on this planet.

Be honest with yourself, embrace who you are at your core, and watch your world unfold in blissful ways!

Love & Light,
